About Us
AMD was launched in 2024 by a group of social work colleagues, whom all together have over 30 year’s experience spanning various fields in social care including Residential children’s homes, youth work, social work.
Within social work, the experience ranges from childcare social worker to Team manager, and the experience includes child care – Looked After Children, Safeguarding, Child in Need, commissioning, fostering social worker, practice educator, independent social work.
